Norma Munoz Hubbard Lounge Attendant I had a great experience each day during my stay for the month of February. The staff was extremely polite, as each morning I had a great breakfast with the most professional care.

I recently stayed at the Blackstone for the first time. I lived in Chicago for years and it wasn't even really on my radar as "the place to stay". I got gifted Hamilton tickets for my January birthday, and so I was looking for a downtown, like loop downtown, and the JW( my go to) was oversold. I booked a room...

The staff was wonderful, Abraham was extremely helpful when the business center was down, he provided excellent service in assisting with printing and just super friendly. Although there is construction you do not hear a peep so it really didn't bother us other than the covering of some of the walls in the lobby, there is no real sign of...

Though it has some fundamental challenges (El train on one side, commuter trains on the other; somewhat remote locations in the far-south Loop) that are hard to resolve, the Blackstone could be a much better hotel with a little work. Like most of Marriott's Renaissance brand properties, the Blackstone's rooms are nice (if sometimes very small), with high level finishes,...

My friend & flew into Chicago from the 10-12th. When we first arrived we were not very pleased as Kristina was not a pleasant clerk to deal with. Everything turned for the better when Takita took care of the rest of our stay by placing us in Room #2019 and she even made sure that our trip would definitely be...

i hope with the remodel they can keep the vibe. All of the staff was excellent. Tekita at the desk was super cool at check in and was a great caretaker throughout our stay. The Mercat bar is cozy and swank at the same time. The pool table in the lobby was the perfect surprise and i saw so many...

Good overall experience. Efficient check in, staff were friendly and hotel had good services. Wifi was good and room was comfortable. Had some view of the lake and park. Good location for running as it is across from park and lake trails that go for miles.

Let me start off by saying this hotel is by far the best hotel in the Chicagoland area. Kristina and Ricardo did excellent job on making my girlfriends Valentine's Day and proposal the best night ever. She said yes! Both were very nice and very helpful. Thanks again guys.

My husband had business in Chicago and our stay at this historical hotel was fantastic! Our beautiful room overlooked Lake Michigan. Ethan at the front desk was so friendly and answered our many questions. We were given a great recommendation for dinner within walking distance of the hotel. James the valet helped us every step of the way, guiding us...
