Beautiful room, stunning views, great associates and terrific location. Had a fabulous lunch in Mercat -the soup is memorable and I am already thinking of my return? I appreciated that the front desk was accommodating with a late check out. I will be back!

We choose this hotel every January because it is one block from Buddy Guy's Legends (live blues with Buddy) and it is walking distance to Art Institute and Museum campus. Beautiful architecture and decor; free pool table in Lobby and Starbucks in lower level. The bell hops are quick and friendly. Rooms have coffee, water, fridge, blow dryer, large bathroom...

This would be my choice when staying in loop area of Chicago. Excellent rooms- updated, clean, and spacious. I spent half my stay at the Blackstone, and regretted changing hotels. Trying to make a good impression? It's going on at this place-

The hotel itself is a little unassuming as you walk in from the street, but once you enter the lobby you feel the history in its décor and architecture. The elevators are old school and on the slow side, but it was never an issue. The front desk staff were very nice. The rooms were nicely decorated and updated and...

Let me first start this review by saying that I have Platinum Elite Status with Marriott so obviously I am a fan of the Marriott brand. That being said, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. I made reservations for four separate rooms for a weekend event five months in advance. I spoke to representative directly...
