Well, first of all, they were under construction but nowhere on this site or theirs did it say that. So, they started working at 8 am. However, that isn't what woke us up, the hotel maids parked their cart right outside of our door (which by the way had the Do Not Disturb sign on it) at 7 AM!! On...

The locations is great many many restaurants and shopping stores. It was too loud on traffics noise and patrons walking on the streets after hours. Also don't be surprised to have your vehicle valet is $40.00 and if your were to park on your own it will cost you $27.00. But you will need to walk at least 1-2 blocks...

Thank you Richard for your patronage. We were happy to have you and agree that we are in a vibrant and exciting area. Parking in the city is difficult and expensive. We have valet service for our guests and as you have found a public garage nearby. Please come see us again.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is professional and helpful. When I checked in, I was told that because they were under construction, I might hear some noise in the morning as the crew began working. So when I found complimentary earplugs in the dresser, I assumed that's what they were for. HAH! It's for the...

Thank you for the comments and compliments. We were happy to have you as our guest. The earplugs are provided for light sleepers who are bothered by city noise. If they helped for any other reason we are glad. Please contact the front desk for noisy neighbors in the future and we will handle it from there. Due to the...

What happened to the food? You lowered the room price but raised the price of the parking. I hate the tissue paper thin walls and hearing people next door having sex or the guy in the next room face timing someone.

Our eleventh year, first week in the new year, at Days Inn Diversey. Had a wonderful business room, away from the streets, excellent, as always. Days Inn is located in a great place - close to some of Chicago's best restaurants and pubs. Good public transport. Excellent location overall. The staff are great - helpful, friendly, attentive. Very good value...

Thank you for your patronage. P.S. Request an interior room to minimize the city street noise. We will happily oblige if possible.
