I normally stay at Hilton properties in Chicago, but the city didn't have much availability the night I stayed. I'm guessing that's why the room was a bit pricey. I did ask for a high floor, quiet room and got neither. But as those requests go it's really luck of the draw. However, the river view room did have spectacular...

Our river views are definitely picturesque, and I am glad to see you were able to enjoy the city views. I just absolutely love your comments regarding staff service, after all what...

Worst hotel experience in a long time. Checked in to the hotel and was given a room where the floor was wet and smelled like vomit. I was surprised they didn't have the carpet professionally cleaned or at least got the smell out of the room before filling it with another guest. Asked to switch rooms and was given another...

I frequent Chicago at least twice a year. Stayed at the JW Marriott on Adams and Marriott Magnificent on Michigan Ave quite a few times. I chose this hotel for a change and what a wise decision it turned out to be. The location is convenient and perfect for all walks of life. You step outside and whichever direction you...

When my family travels to Chicago we only stay at the Four Seasons. This time we stayed at the Renaissance because we had friends staying here and they wanted us to stay with them so we agreed. The hotel lobby is very nice and Brandon did a great job checking us in and it was smooth and efficient. In fact...

I've been fortunate to do quite a bit of business and personal travel in my days, at Marriotts nonetheless, but the level of service, attention to detail and overall presentation and execution during our stay has set the bar quite high for any future stays. From the friendly front desk staff to the exceptional business representatives who handled our needs...

The Renaissance Chicago Hotel is in a great location. Central to many great restaurants, the theatre district, and The Art Institute. We walked every where. We had a beautiful view of the Chicago River from our room. Our stay made our trip to Chicago incredibly enjoyable. The staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are more spacious than typical...

Stayed here for five days. Couldn't be at a better location, it was near everything. I needed to do some printing and had to go to the Kinkos FedEx Store. The tv did not work properly. The staff was great. Housekeeping was wonderful.

We stay at this hotel every year for a conference. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The lobby is huge with a very nice bar for gathering your group or just enjoying a drink and the game. Stayed here a number of times in late 2013 on business. Overall, the hotel 'feels' well established, with nice well appointed rooms, large lobby that connects with a portion of the pedway, and in a great spot very bear the river, lots of dining options, and central to the city center. Large, well equipped gym on the 5th floor, equipment...
