      I loved it! Large room and bathroom for Chicago! Super nice staff. Robes and slippers in the closet. Very updated for Chicago boutique luxury hotel. I'd stay here again in a minute. The elevator was faster than most.

      Hello, We've stayed at the Talbott several times and our experience has always been five star! Yesterday I had to cancel our upcoming reservation and was met with STRONG resistance from a very young local reservation clerk. She does not represent your brand well. Finally, I insisted to speak to a supervisor. Mirsida handled my request professionally, graciously, and apologetically. However, the entire phone call took 25 minutes, much of which I was on hold. While you were undergoing renovations we stayed several times at the Whitehall Hotel just down the street. The service and attitudes of the entire staff, including the local reservation people, far exceeded my experience yesterday from your local reservation department. There are many hotels to choose from in the downtown area, and specifically in your area; The Whitehall, Sofitel, Waldorf Astoria, The Ritz, or the Peninsula to name a few. Why would I want to return to The Talbott after the way I was treated? Who can I speak to about this experience? Kind regards,
