Stayed for a week in static caravan, which was extremely well equipped. Ultra clean and in a lovely location overlooking fields. Very peaceful. Great value for money. The site is very well maintained with fabulous landscaping.

Stayed here for one night to be close to the Eden Project for the Marathon (about 2 minute drive away). Just needed a safe, quiet and affordable place to park my Camper for the night before an early start, and Croft Farm fitted the bill perfectly. I arrived late so Reception was closed, but the owners had already e-mailed with a choice of plots so I just choose my favourite and that was great (I prefer to just park up without any unneeded chat anyway really). Hot, clean showers; tidy pitch; everything I needed. I will stay here next year as well.

Not a family friendly site. Site management staff not at all friendly or helpful. Play area very old and dated. Would not visit again. No problems with letting other visitors dogs deficate and not clear up after them. One visitor had axe outside tent. Kids unable to walk round park on their own. This Site is fine for adults but seems to have problems with excited children that have additional needs.

Stayed here for 1 night with our two under the year olds and loved it. We near the toilets and showers that were excellent and very clean. The washing up facilities were great along with a microwave and I think a smallbfreezer. So peaceful and the owner very friendly. A lovely park for children with swings, a slide climbing frame and a zipwire. Also a ping pong table that was great. Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed in one of the caravans but I must say we were disappointed- internet was poor, so poor there wasn't any, even though the lady on the phone said there is wifi but you have to pay upfront. On getting here the booklet that is left, states it's a wifi hotspot called silver lining. This I couldn't pick up at all. There is a notice stating please check that you can connect to the wifi before paying, as we cannot guarantee reception on all parts of the park. Now if this was stated on her website or when I called, I wouldn't have bothered booking. Caravan was nice but dirty in places, like the bathroom and the shower. I found an empty toilet roll under the radiator in the bathroom, the shower was dirty. The back of the toilet Seats where dirty. There was handprints on the mirror in the sitting area and on the windows. The chopping boards where in a very poor state and the spatula, & they definitely needed replacing. The Teflon on Some of the kitchen cupboards and utility draw could also do with replacing as they are peeling of around the edges, What with being in a food preparation area, this sort of things hold germs. This is a constructive criticism for the owner to do something about the above comments. The site is very quite with nice views, all set in a tranquil location, which was what we where looking for. We also thought there would have been some leaflets stating what to see and what sort of sites to visit in the area, but non. There was a nice box with tea, coffee and sugar with a pack of biscuits, I did think that was a nice touch and very welcoming. I'm unsure that we would stay again. Mainly because off the lack of attention to detail with the general cleanliness of the caravan and for not being able to access any sort of internet or phone signal. Maybe the owner needs to give people heads up about the lack of internet or phone signal on her website. Or purchase the internet and charge customers for the whole stay upfront. Many caravan sites offer free wifi and in this day and age it's a shock to not have that offered. If I had young children that was board when it rained it would cause upset. The caravan could also have a bit more to offer like a few board games in a cupboard for rainy days. Once again my comments are constructive criticism. This would be the perfect holiday for people that want to get away from it all and not keep in touch with the modern world. We never stayed the whole week, as my illness prevented me from staying. But I really wouldn't of minded staying and resting for a day, to recharge and continue with our holiday in the caravan, if I had the internet. Me and my hubby are not telly watching people and the weather wasn't good, so we decided to cut short the holiday and leave.
