Fabulous experience
We spent one night here and packed in a bike ride, boat ride, cooking class, local floating markets and local market. It was tremendous, our guide was Kua and he was great very informative and good fun

Great food and service
Very good food and great hospitality! The stuffed pumpkin flowers was special. We enjoyed the pool and cycling around the island on bikes provided free of charge! A nice weekend getaway from Saigon, we will return.

Are you able to help us organise a tour of Mekong delta with a stay at the Mekong lodge? We would like to travel from hcmc and have two days in the Mekong delta and one night at the lodge. How do we organise this please?
When we were in Ho Chi Minh we booked our tour directly with the Mekong lodge resort

How we get to the property from Ho Chi Minh ? Time and distance pls ?
Hi Sorry for late reply, this time of year don't get time on the computer very much. We found the lodge it self to be the best and cheapest to organise trnsport for you. We were a party of 4 and they charged us $80US each way for the car. Most other companians charged a per person rate and came to over $200US.

I am flying into Ho Chi Minh late night on the 20th July. I'm looking to explore the Mekong river and do an overnight stay for the next morning. If I booked into a hotel for the 20th in Ho Chi Minh what plans could I make with yourselves about going on a day tour and staying in the lodge on the 21st?

What does the weather tend to be like at the end of June? If it is very wet does it spoil the experience of staying here and the activities on offer?
Don't know about June - since we were there on October, but it was rainy during our stay. For the bike ride we had a very light drizzle which did not affect the experience. Once we finished the bike ride in the afternoon, dark clouds were approaching - so our guide decided to head back to the lodge and postpone the rowing boat for the next morning, which worked out great. The pool is heated and the weather is hot even when there's rain - so lounging in the pool in the rain is a great option ;)
