Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at Corhampton Lane Farm when walking the South Downs Way. Suzanne is the perfect host - friendly, accommodating, flexible and really generous. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome - greeting us with freshly baked scones on arrival, putting a wash on for us, giving us a lift (and collecting us!) to the village pub for dinner, dropping us at the village shop near the walk in the morning. Her family home is absolutely beautiful and, despite being on a main road, feels completely relaxing. Our loft room was stunning as was the bathroom. We loved breakfast and the packed lunches she made for our next day's walk. A hard to beat bed and breakfast experience!

Suzanne came and picked us up from the local pub The Bucks Head and took us back to farm. The accomodation is outstanding with very high atention to the character of the building by dressing it with apptopriate objects. There are little ornamental mice tucked away irners and on shelves everywhere. Susanne to the trouble to reserve us a table at the Shoe Inn knowing it was the only place we could eat on Sunday Night. She tooks us and collected us after dinner. Full marks to a perfect host.

I can't rate this B&B high enough, it was just superb. Picked us up from the pub, lovely reception, bedroom and bathroom were just excellent. Welcomed the banana cake, thank you. Took us back to the pub and collected us later. Breakfast was also superb and then dropped us back to the SDW. I have not experienced anything so good as this, thank you so much Suzanne and Mr Hall.

If you're walking the South Downs Way in either direction, this is a wonderful first / last nights stay. Our hostess Suzanne collected us from The Shoe in Exton, took us back to her beautiful home to clean up, drove us back to the pub for dinner, collected us when we had finished and then returned us to the route the next morning. It's a lovely old farmhouse which has been restored, extended and renovated and is part of a thriving working farm. The rooms are characterful and filled with lovely old furniture. You will be offered a great breakfast and should you need it, packed lunches and medication for your headaches/ blisters etc. You could not possibly expect anything more from your hostess.

Very friendly welcome at this B and B, which is a short distance from the South Downs Way. Really comfortable rooms and amazing bathrooms. Suzanne and her husband kindly gave us lifts to the pub and back to the route after a very tasty breakfast. She was also very happy to cater for vegetarians and provided much appreciated brownies on our arrival.

Although we only stayed for one night, the fantastic service provided to me and my fellow cyclist was exemplary . Accommodation was excellent, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic fuel for 2 middle aged cyclists. Suzanne also very kindly dried all our wet cycling gear ready for the following day. Definitely a place to stay with superb facilities and maybe next time we shall bring our cycling widows! Many grateful thanks Robert and Nigel

We stayed for our first night walking the South Downs Way. Suzanne collected us from the trail and gave us cake before taking us to the pub in the evening - she even made a reservation for us, which was great as it was very busy. We had the attic room which was very comfortable with a lovely shower. Breakfast the next day was very tasty and Suzanne took us back to the trail. Would highly recommend

If you are looking for an outstanding place to overnight on your first or last day's walking the South Downs Way or, indeed for any other reason, then look no further. Suzanne Hall runs a wonderful B&B that is comfortable, relaxing and and accommodating in every way. As part of the deal and at no extra cost, she collected us from the SDW in Exton, gave us tea and freshly baked cake, took us to the pub for supper (and collected us) and offered to take us back to the SDW the next day. Our room was large, spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a memorable experience in every way and we can't recommend it too highly

Stayed at Corhampton Lane Farm last night and it was perfect. The room was excellent as were the bathroom facilities. Suzanne collected us from the end of our walk, offered us cake when we arrived, booked a table for us at the nearby Shoe Inn, drove us there and back again and finally took us back to the start of the next days walk after a very good breakfast. We could not have asked for anything better and would strongly recommend to anyone!
