I stayed for 2 nights in August 2016 and we had 3 rooms. When you first enter Rusalka, you need to pay for parking, though only 6 Leva and you only need to pay once, so you can leave and come back with no charge. The resort has been around a while and though the rooms show age, they were...

I have spent 2 nights over the weekend in the resort. The location is very nice for the Black Sea. The resort is very large with a lot of activities to do, tenis fields, footlball, swimming pool etc. The food was good and the rooms average. The standard rooms are indeed outdated and the deluxe rooms are looking better but...

For people who like the TV serie hotel hell or hotel impossible ... From far and from outside , it seems beautiful ... but ... The location is nice , directly at the sea . Al the buildings - rooms - facilities are falling apart , outdated and no maintenance ! The same apply for all the rooms : Disgusting...

I will start by saying is the worst accomodation i' ve ever been! Room was very dirty, furniture very old and broken, bathroom was a mess! Breakfast was average but again, dirty tables, nobody clean them. Lots and lots of russians. And in top of all, we had a mouse one night that is visiting us. Do not go there!!,

We’ve chosen the resort because of its location and the pictures posted by other tourists. We’ve hoped that things changed since they’ve all been there but we were wrong. We’ve booked a 3* double room in a bungalow but that was a mistake. We should have taken a 4* one but that was almost 3 times the price of the...

Very pleasant stay in Russalka resort. We had 3* apartment. Very clean, but old furniture. Food is at convenience level, low diversity. Splendid beach and sea view. I recommend this place for nostalgic people, families, those who want quiet places, away from noise and entertainment. The ratio comfort/money is high. But the landscape fills the gap.

It's really a nice and quiet location. The outdoor environment is kept in a very good condition. However there's much to say about the impolite service. Our WC was broken. The receptionist said there's nothing to be done because we arrived on Saturday afternoon. We moved to another room. No towels inside. The furniture in the 3*** rooms is like...

We have stayed at this resort for 7 long nights in a 3* room, very bad choise, with all inclusive. The only pro was the animation team. CONS: very expensive for 1* conditions, lots of crawling animals and insects outside and inside, old furniture, floods inside the room when you shower in the bathroom. Bad food with no diversity at all....

We've stayed at Russalka Holiday Village in june 2013 and we had mixed feelings about it. Long story short: PROS: very nice view, quiet place, quite well maintained in the outside areas, seems like an old medieval ruins built upon, a few activities you can take (tennis courts, fitness, table tennis, swimming pool, etc) CONS: expensive for what it has...
