This was our first time camping as a family and we were a little apprehensive about how it would all go. All the gear and no idea is us! 😁 We had such a fantastic time and can't wait to come back. We were on pitch 31, tucked away in a quiet area but near the toilet and shower block. You can also wash your plates and cutlery etc. there. Everything is so well laid out and maintained. We couldn't find fault with anything. Our sons, 12 and 14 loved playing on the football pitch. Sure, you can't play ball games elsewhere or ride bikes or scooters but that's okay. There's a play area for little ones and a lovely pool by the clubhouse in the summer months. Plenty to do. Thank you Homing Park! See you soon!
Arrived on site very empty which great however a static caravan owner told my 9 year old son off for driving his radio controlled car. After speaking with owners children are not allowed to play ball games, not allowed to ride bikes or scooters, not allowed to drive radio controller cars. If you have children who like to play outdoors rather than looking at there phones all day probably best you book at another site.
stayed here fro 2 nights on the 3rd to 5th September and must say a lovely clean park, pitches are large well maintained , toilet block outstandingly clean must of seen a cleaner every half hour cleaning them and the showers brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful on of our party had an issues with electrical hook up and was fixed within the hour, club house is nice enough good been and food looked nice we only ate our pitch but did have a little dip in the pool which was nice and clean. overall very impressed and now looking at coming back end of the month as the kids love it
What a great little campsite! We took our tent and camped here for 2 nights and had a really fab time. Everyone so friendly - people at the camp and also people who worked there. Helpful, friendly and just really happy to help. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed spending time with other children playing altogether, a really nice feel about the place. We spent both nights in the club house, the ladies in there are amazing! Such friendly and nice girls. Food was great, although limited slightly at present, we still found something we’d all eat (party of 7) and we had breakfast in there too on the Saturday which was amazing (full English!) We took our dog, there’s a little bit which is fenced off for letting them have a little run off the lead which is handy. We had a really sociable weekend, chatting with other families and all kids playing together. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend!! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Homing Park!…
Just enjoyed 3 nights here in our camper. Lovely, fully serviced pitches, ours was number 32 and got the sun most of the day. Spotless utilities block. Didn’t use the clubhouse, pool or tennis court but all looked good. Friendly and efficient staff looked after the site well. The site itself is 10 minutes walking distance to the local co-op and bus to Whitstable. In the other direction is a 20 minute walk to a large supermarket and retail park and also the Triangle bus that goes to Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury. Seasalter beach is about 15 minutes walk. We will definitely return. Thanks you for a lovely stay.
