That new smell hits you when you walk thru the front doors! We decided to stay here because of reading various reviews from recent clients experiences at other hotels. We are so glad we made a wise choice and stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn. Why? We came from out of state to attend a wedding at the Clarion Hotel....

Very nice room. But there were dishes in the dishwasher, not sure they were clean or dirty, took a dirty spoon out of drawer. I wouldn't say the room was dirty just a few things needed attention which I told them about. Pool was very nice. Fire pit was enjoyable even though it started to rain.

We stayed here with our daughters softball team. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast wasn't bad, the kids enjoyed the pool and basketball area, the patio is a nice spot for drinks and conversation. Over all we had a great time and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very friendly. Love that it is dog friendly. It was good to have a breakfast. The hot items like eggs and the gravy were just ok. Stayed in room 114 and 112. One of the chairs had arms that were all torn up. The TV worked but didn't come in clear.

By far the cleanest classiest place to stay in Columbus . Breakfast was great , ambiance, great staff and kelsa at the front desk was great! They were serving free beer and brauts when we checked in what else could u ask for. Go downtown and hit the old style ice cream parlor Zaharakos and just walk the streets with...

I'm halfway through a two-week business trip, staying at the Columbus Residence Inn. It's a solid, well-run property. My room is about the size of a mid-size studio apartment, everything works, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is standard fare for US based Continetal plan hotels: Some form of meat, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, and waffle makers....

We had a roomy suite with a fireplace that was most pleasant. Some of the furniture therein is very tired, however. Management needs to replace chairs where the fabric is peeling off and the very soft bed. Staff is quite helpful and very hospitable.

Stayed 28 Mar - 1 Apr 16. Genuinely warm-hearted staff throughout and always helpful. Best Marriott staff in my experience so far. RI layout, Queen size bed/room with a separate seating/kitchen area on the 2nd floor with no safe. Close to all the amenities, shopping and point of interests. CVS right across the parking lot. Good size indoor pool with...

They have a good selection for their breakfast. It is a night place to stay with a family or extended stay. They have a nice pool area, hot tub, basketball court, and workout facility. They also have a grill and firepit with a nice sitting area. Our room was not the cleanest but was sufficient for us. The carpet in...
