    Would stay here again...
    Great location, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. A little noisy at night - I could hear cars and people outside, despite being on the 5th floor. However, overall, it was a good experience and would definitely stay here again.

    Friendly barmaid made a cancelled flight
    Flight cancelled due to snow and had to do overnight at Hyatt Place. Met the friendliest, fun barmaid ever..Lastanna...if you ever have to stay here take a stop at the bar and have a cocktail and a laugh!

    Does this hotel have laundry facility on site or nearby?
    We offer Monday-Friday dry cleaning and laundry service. Drop of by 9am and pick up around 6pm, same day. Unfortunately we do not have self service machines. Although there are a few laundromats within a 5 minute drive.

    Does the hotel provide shuttle service to mall and restaurants?
    With so many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance our location does not provide a shuttle.

    The photos currently on website and Tripadvisor, are those the remodeled rooms?
    Yes it was a remodeled room . The new couches are great.

    "Try to get the highest floor possible on the east side away from the highway."
