I love the freshness of the rooms, tho it's old but since they always open the room every morning without absent, the smells of old room never appear. Made the environment of the room is very comfy and made me brave enough to sleep alone. When the rain falls, just open the doors as wide as you can, laying on...

A truly great place, enjoyable, very friendly staff who speak great English. Delicious breakfast, very informative and interesting tour of the gardens and dairy farm - well worth the money! We got to see a day-old calf, played with the resident fruit bat, and lastly the pool is so good!! Only downside - wifi connection is a bit slow, but...

We only stayed for 1 night, and had a early night since we were up early that morning to do the Mount Bromo sunrise tour. We had a early dinner at the resort's Heliconia Restaurant. The food was good and service friendly. We booked a guided plantation tour for after breakfast the next morning. The room was very basic... no...

The rooms are all on the ground-floor of bungalows in a 'streets' form. The atmosphere is small scale. The room interior is simple; a soberly furnished room with no windows, a simple bathroom with shower and toilet and as an extra special feature: no TV. Outdoor light comes from the doors to the balcony, serving as entrance. If you want...

We were originally going to the other Margo Utomo but it was changed as they had had some bad reports. We did in fact go there and there was a coach party, So perhaps it had been overbooked. Anyway we arrived at the other hotel and first saw the pool and gardens so we thought we were going to have...

Entering alongside the railsroad and a mosque, this hotel is not for light sleepers. We resided there only one night and could not take a la carte dishes in the evening as a dance and gamalang ecening was organised. Hence we paid 150 000 irp for cold tofu, white rice, cold chicken and vegetables. The dancing and gamalan were quite...

The pool at this hotel is really great - huge and multi-depth. Also nice surroundings with palm trees etc. Also the plantation tour is really interesting and highly recommended. The rest is very average. The room was fine, but had seriously dodgy electrics. When i pulled out my phone charger it gave me a full electric shock and the staff...

We stayed with the family here. Beautiful environment in aplantation area. Rooms are very simple, standard rooms have no AIrconditioning. In our room the AC was not working. Breakfast is very simple. The staff is kind, but needs to improve the customer orientation. No active service in the swimmingpool area, you have to walk to the restaurant to order. The...
