Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked in for lunch and enjoyed a delicious meal & dessert. We have been before and the food is always gorgeous. This time we had pie - absolutely gorgeous. And the chips/potatoes are so scrumptious. The home made desserts are also a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our Bakewell tart & ice cream. Accompanied by a nice white wine and finished off by a lovely cafe au lait Service is excellent too from Joanne & staff When next in France we will be back. And we will also try the Saturday breakfast

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights in September 2021. The room decor was incredibly beautiful, really comfy bed, warm rainfall shower and lots of storage space. The breakfast was included in the price and was such a large spread that we couldn't even eat it all. Joanne and Robin were incredible hosts and nothing seemed too much for them. I would also highly recommend having an evening meal here, the Cajun chicken was to die for!

Where do I start, dropped in on a lunch time and fairly busy. In these days of covid that's a good sign of quality. We weren't disappointed. Extremely well looked after by our host (Jo) she explained the menu options and appeared warm and excited we were joining her restaurant for lunch. The food arrived quite quickly and was accompanied by wine and cider for the boys. The food was simply excellent. Well cooked and we'll presented. The chef must top class. Even my dessert (ice cream, raspberries with choc shaving) was a treat to behold. Great food, fantastic service, if your near you must indulge yourself. Friendly and proud owners and so they should be. Oh and the price, I was expecting it to be more expensive. I'm looking forward to returning.

New to the area and La Ruche came highly recommended for food. First visit last week for the English breakfast (we love France 🇫🇷 but there are some things that remain embedded in your blood) 2 full breakfasts - 5 star! Hot, beautifully presented, good portions and all fresh ingredients. Hubby said it’s the best breakfast he’s had in years and being a travelling contractor it must have been good. So much so in fact he went again today! Again, first class food and service. Friendly owners and just faultless. They have veggie options too. Well done to all at La Ruche. We will be back 🤩

This is a beautiful and welcoming bed and breakfast. We had a really warm welcome and a fabulous evening meal. The room was beautifully furnished and large with views over the Village Square. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen of the highest quality. There is absolutely nothing that can be faulted.

Warm and friendly welcome by the owner and a broad selection of dishes on offer in the Menu de Jour. Service was prompt without being rushed. Prces were very reasonable and the Tiramasu was to die for.

From the amazing warm welcome to the emotional (well, on my part!) departure this wonderful B&B was just perfect. The rooms are stunning. Fantastic decor, clean and spacious. Fresh pastries at breakfast far too scrumptious as was the bread from the local bakery, and coffee to die for. Great village location and loads of places to visit within easy travelling distance.Jo and Robin were such brilliant hosts. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I spent the last 3 nights here visiting family living nearby. We were warmly welcomed by Joanne who showed us to our beautiful room which was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The en-suite was modern, clean and had a powerful hot shower. Breakfast in the sumptuous dining room was delicious with plenty of choice and my dietary needs well catered for and dinner with our family cooked for us on our last night by Robin.. which was totally gorgeous. Location is great for exploring the region and only an hour from the airport. Would definitely recommend the position the quality and the superb hosts. Xxx

Amazing view over the river seine, spacious rooms with beautiful en suite. Food also very nice but nice restaurants also just short drive away so plenty of options. Food down on the terrace next to the river would be a great experience in the summer months
