May I make a suggestion? To avoid the continuation of bad reviews concerning the pool area, why don't you just be upfront and indicate on your website and phone correspondence that the entire pool area is under renovation and out of order until further notice? I think this will set the expectation with most people and keep you from getting nailed so hard on your reviews. The pool area has been an issue for a long time--just be upfront with everyone.
