I stayed in December and I thought it was a little cold but my 4 year old seemed fine because he was busy and active. My 7 month old didn't seem to mind the temperature either but she wasn't in the pool too long. I saw a lot of parents had their children wearing the rash guard tops to help keep them warm. Since the pool is in a giant open room I am guessing that some of the temperature depends on the outside temp and if their heaters can keep up. I almost didn't book after reading the reviews also but did and enjoyed our stay.
