My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights from 24th July. We were in Room 7 which has its own kitchen area and we were self-catering. We have previously stayed at Church Farm on two occasions but some year's ago and we were then bed and breakfast. This is why we chose to return as we had enjoyed our time here then. The accommodation was spotless and to have our own private garden was for us the perfect place to unwind in these difficult times. It was also so lovely and quiet. We will definitely return at some time in the future. A huge thank you to all at Church Farm for making our stay so enjoyable.

I had an excellent clean and comfortable room with lovely views. Every person I dealt with either before booking or during my stay could not have been more helpful and friendly. The location is great - very easy to get to the main A140 road or the local village but far enough away from the traffic for it to be an issue. Of course being so close to the airport there will be aircraft (especially helicopter noise) but it is such a small airport that anyone living in the south east probably gets as many planes over their homes than here and this was not an issue for me. There are good places to eat/takeaway within walking distance and a public footpath from the hotel across the fields etc which will take you into the village without walking round on the road. I stayed overnight to break up a journey but wouldn't hesitate to book here again in similar circumstances.

Stayed here for 3 nights Friday 20th to Monday 23rd August. We were in Room 8 which was spotlessly clean and very modern as was the bathroom. An excellent breakfast was served, you chose what you wanted the night before and chose a time and when you arrived the breakfast was ready for you and it was cooked very well and always piping hot. The choice was very good. The grounds are kept very well with lots of beautiful hanging baskets and well maintained gardens. It's a good area to visit and there is a nice Indian restaurant at the end of the road.

Stayed here for one night in October 2022, and the hosts could not do enough for us. They were friendly, cheery and put smiles on mine and my wife's faces. There was also a rather miserable and rude older lady staying at the guest house at the same time as us. Whereas I wouldn't have been able to bite my tongue, the hosts couldn't do enough for her! I wouldn't have had the patience!
Also, it sounds really strange but the corridors SMELLED LOVELY! Not sure if it was the fabric conditioner they used, or some sort of air freshener but the whole placed just smelled like fresh linen!
Free parking on site, and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. My wife asked last minute if she could have veggy sausages instead of pork, which they were able to accommodate. Bed was big and comfy. Shower was electric and water pressure wasn't great, but that's just a personal preference of mine.

A gem of a find. Tucked away from the Norwich/Aylsham road (Norwich 5 miles) this family run guest house is built, furnished and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The fresh fragrant smells in the public corridors offered a hint of how well the premises was looked after. The staff were very friendly, courteous and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean (clean towels each morning) and well furnished. Breakfast was made to order and of a very high standard. I'd recommend to anyone with high expectations of what they want.

Staff member friendly on arrival and very welcoming. Explained the use of the key for outside door when returning. Also explained how the breakfast system worked which was helpful. You have to complete a pre order form for breakfast which worked for us but others may change their minds in the morning. However, staff were accommodating so I’m sure they wouldn’t have minded if you did slightly change your order.

Room was very nice, stocked up with good amenities. The room did get a little hot so maybe a fan would be a good addition to an already nice room. Comfy bed, good sleep as it was very quiet. The TV had the option to connect to Netflix but we couldn’t get it to connect and work. Not a big issue though! Parking was good. Good location. Lovely Indian restaurant: Spice of India within approximately 5 minutes walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend!

We stayed at Church Farm as we were in Norwich for a family wedding. The guest house was fantastic, lovely welcoming staff and the rooms were immaculate, we had a double room and a family room. They have been modernised since the photos on here and have everything you need including free WiFi and Netflix! The breakfasts were great and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy if the weather is good. We would definitely recommend staying here, and will be returning next time we are in the area.

We decidedto head out to Norfolk for a last minute few days away. In the midst of everyone staying i nthe UK during the corona virus pandemic, not much choice was available. We had initially wanted to stay close to the coast but the rest of the UK had the same idea as us it seems.

Faced with limited choices we looked further and further in land. The Church Farm Guest house came up with 2 available rooms and the reviews looked good. We arrived to find plenty of parking at what looked like a collection of houses, all owned by the family that own the hotel. Once inside we were greeted by a lovely lady who knew who we were and confirmed our details.

We were given our rooms which were very clean and well presented. Both containg microwaves and one even hada fridge which was handy. When we arrived for Breakfast the following mornign we were again greeted by all the staff, very friendly throughout. It was a very welcoming place. The breakfast was good and the service excellent.

I have stayed in places treble the price and not got such a friendly, clean and comfortable stay.

Pleasantly surprised.

Overall very impressed. The room was clean and functional: comfortable bed, clean bedlinen, very clean and modern bathroom, clean carpet, good choice on the tea tray plus a microwave and hairdryer. Like other reviewers we also found a lot of light coming into the room from outside. We had no issues with noise.
Personally, I would have liked a stool in front of the mirror when drying my hair. Given current circumstances we were very happy to have a cooked breakfast, even though we had to book the night before. The choice was reasonable and tasty. The downside was lack of interaction with the staff who just came in with a tray and left it on the table with no chit-chat. Generally we found the hosting to be remote and not particularly friendly. But The Church Farm definitely represents excellent value.

Number One - all areas we went in were spotlessly clean. The guest house was well presented and our Kingsize room was ideal. Shower/bathroom was a little small but I am larger than the norm.
Breakfast was spot on; cooked fresh and served piping hot
We would stay there again on our next Norwich trip
