The room is basic. Cleanliness needs improvement. We need to ask the room service to vacumn the room again. It was still not clean. We need to mop the room ourself. The room wall was very thin. Breakfast was simple with hardly any choice. Not value for money

I booked deluxe rooms with 1 extra bed since suite room is fully room. We checked in on 25.12.2016 at 2.30pm. I did not expect the room is so basic (fan & 25 inch tv), no wifi and bathroom was not well maintained. My kids were very bored because we can't go anywhere due to raining and no entertainment in...

We stayed two nights in the junior suites. The room was quite basic (not hot water in the sink, only in the shower) but beds were nice and the view to the mountain is great. The room was very spacious. There was a bird living somewhere very close but fortunately it didnt make noises when we were sleeping. If you...

We stayed here the night before our big trek. The rooms were perfect; huge, free tea, big TV and super comfy bed! Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. We arrived back after our trek and they insisted they brought our very tired bodies to the bus stop using their car. The restaurant is excellent value for money also. We...

Stayed here for 1 night. Very good hospitality and friendly reception staffs. They gave me the last corner of Nabalu Studi Chalet which is amazing, i won't regret any second of staying at this room. It was huge, with 1 king bed and 1 extra-double bed, large windows where you could see the Mount K even from the corner of...

Room is moderately expensive, spacious, comfortable. Not a bad place to stay at all. Restaurant serves decent food, and breakfast buffet was quite good, especially with the view of Mount KK. We also have steamboat dinner at its restaurant, took the package for 4 pax, I think bill was about RM61, quite OK.

We took the studio chalet & twin rooms.. The chalet was big and could accommodate 4 adults and 2 small children comfortably. The downside was the steep stairs to the chalet which was a bit worrying for the parents. The hot water heater wasn't hot enough too, maybe due to the very cold water. Also relatively expensive room. Other than...

We stayed one night in Nabalu Queen Room 507. RM100 deposit is required at check-in, to be refunded at check-out. The reception is located in the restaurant (Puteri Nabalu). Things we like about the place: - The temperature is comfortable, not too cold in the room even at night (with the sliding doors closed and fan on) - Near Kundasang...

didnt stay at the place, but go there for the restaurant. the food are decent enough, but the signboard at the place could be a bit confusing, as they change the name without prior notice on their official website.

“Rooms facing the mountain get the great view of mountain, which is really nice early in the morning before the midst covers most part of the mountain. However, room facing the main road (#505 which has twin beds that we stayed) has wifi connection which other rooms do not enjoy.”
