This is an excellent hotel! I felt right at home from the moment I walked though the door till the moment I left! The Staff and management went above and beyond to make my stay amazing! The restaurant was superb with a great wait staff and wonderful food, I especially enjoyed the Spoon Bread. The room was small but beautiful...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boone Tavern Hotel in November 2016. Everything was to our liking. The staff was very helpful and friendly, from the bell men to the front desk people. We will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here in November of 2016 to celebrate his 50th birthday. The hotel itself is charming. The staff was very nice - Mr. Fred is awesome! Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. Aside from that... We were on the 3rd floor facing Main St. The AUDIBLE STREET SIGNAL BEEPS 24/7. Combine that with every single...

LOVED this place! Go learn about Berea College and enjoy this wonderful community. Our suite was very comfortable- sunny, well-appointed, beautifully furnished and a HUGE bathroom with a massive jacuzzi. The robes and slippers were way above the average hotel issue and the staff could not have been nicer. From top server Taylor (loved this kid!) to Rhea at the...

Definitely wouldn't stay here again. We waited until 4 to check-in. That's the normal time for check-in. They had given someone a late check out by management per front desk, we were with another couple. One room was ready and one was not. Checked in the room and it wasn't great. Hair in the sink. No Kleenex so they didn't...

This was our second visit. We enjoy history. This of hotel creeks and moans...it is wonderful. The hallways roll and sway. The rooms are small by today's standards. The hotel was upgraded true to period, a couple of years ago.Request rooms in the front over looking the small park.Nearby is a Berea College and the coffee shop down the block is student run.

The best part of the stay was Mr. Fred, the bellman at the hotel. He was genuine and caring with a jovial personality. Our room was right outside of the elevator and people are not respectful of the fact that there are rooms there. One night here was plenty for us. Just an older hotel and I couldn't get the...

After many years of attending craft fairs in Berea (started in 1976) I finally had the chance to stay at the Boone Tavern. The rooms are spotless and they have done a great job of making your visit feel true to the history of an original Inn experience. Because I was by myself, I opted not to have dinner in...

Boone Tavern is located in the “center” of town. Next to the action of Berea College. Since the hotel is “historic”, the décor is as you might expect. The reception is exceptionally friendly and organized. And we’re even able to get help with our luggage (we travel with too much stuff). Our room on the second floor (there are only...

Having the door to registration area opened by young college students with smiling faces, is a great beginning to a get-away. Remember to sign up for their points program and then to redeem the points. Everything about our stay was designed to make you feel pampered . The spoon bread served piping hot is a signature dish.

We are very lucky to have wonderful Berea College students working for us. They brighten our day as well. I am so pleased you had such a nice time. Please come back soon!
