You are correct. Every person of the staff we had interaction with was very courteous and helpful. My biggest criticisms were the location and the skimpy continental breakfast. There was no place to eat lunch or dinner without getting in the car to drive to a restaurant. The breakfast area seemed to be a retrofit into a smallish lobby. I didn't ask, but I was curious if the building was there before the popularity of a breakfast became such a competitive hotel issue. The folks there were great.
