We stay at Lod Cook every LSU home game. Love everything about this hotel- the staff, atmosphere and location are awesome. The LSU campus is close by the hotel and in walking distance. Highly recommend!

If visiting Baton Rouge or the LSU campus, the Cook Hotels and Conference Center is the most convenient and friendliest place to stay. A great value, and all the comforts of home. An added bonus is the beautiful lake across the street that is great for running or waking, or even sitting idly by to pass the time.

I was redirected to this hotel because the Marriott Hotel was under renovation and behind schedule so rooms weren't finished. This hotel is located on the LSU campus and that is great if you need to be on campus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated (stuck somewhere in the 90s). The beds are comfortable and the...

I stayed at this hotel one night because my child was still in class before the thanksgiving holiday. The location is incredibly convenient. I will strongly consider staying there again when I have to drop off/ pick up child from LSU. The hotel WiFi was easy to access and worked well. I stayed in a King room. It was cozy....

This hotel is on the LSU campus. We absolutely loved the serene setting of this hotel with loads of paths and walkways to explore on campus. We were there a few days ahead of an LSU football game and we loved all of the excitement on campus surrounding this game. We felt safe walking along the paths at night and...

Stayed there for LSU Kickoff. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Like other reviewers said, breakfast is nothing special. Lots of neat LSU decor and it's done tastefully as well. Great location for anything on campus.

I wanted to stay at the Hampton Inn or Staybridge near LSU, but unfortunately they were all booked up during my visit. Staying at the Cook Hotel cost more than I wanted to spend but since this was a business trip, I made it work. My room at the Cook Hotel was ok. For a "deluxe" room, it was pretty...

The hotel is very clean & located in a quiet area. Room is very clean with killer beds & fast internet. Room is nicely appointed, has a mini fridge and micro. Check in was smooth. I was a little hesitant to book based on the nightly rate compared to other mid to high-end chains in the area but am very...

It is a beautiful and well kept hotel. This was our second visit to this hotel. You get free breakfast but if you want hot breakfast you need to pay additional fees. It has an awesome gift shop to get your Tigers Gears.

I have staid in Cook Hotel several times. It's nice, clean, quiet. It's usually a very uneventful, enjoyable stay. I was very disappointed this time to find that they are now charging $8.50 plus tax for a breakfast upgrade. What this means is that if you want basic eggs, hot oatmeal, yogurt or fresh cut-up fruit you have to pay...
