We arrived at Poche's moments before it started to rain. We were camped right on the lake and even in the rain the setting was quiet and peaceful. We only stayed one night but would come back if in the vicinity.

My wife and I have camped at Poche's many times in the past and likely will many times in the future. Because of the lakes surrounding the strung out campsites, the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. All concrete pads, plenty wide with nice grassy yards. Full services, tables and fire pits and very nice staff. Unfortunately, the asphalt covering of...

Beautiful park with lots of fishing where you don't need a license. Almost all sites back up to gorgeous lake views. Very quiet and peaceful place. A very nice, brand new playground and splash pad for kids. And they don't charge extra for kids! Wonderful! The lady at the check-in office is one of the most pleasant I have ever...

Locally owned family campground near the town of Breaux Bridge just a few miles North on Interstate 10. It has an extensive network of large lakes and most every spot is on the water. The place is meticulously clean and well maintained most spots have fire pit and picnic table. Staff was most accommodating when we called. The place is...

Still on our RV cross country journey from Florida to California and our second night out is at this pretty little park not too far from Interstate 10 near Breaux Bridge, LA. All of the RV spots have cement pads and they all overlook one of the fishing lakes that are here. There is a spacious clubhouse with lots of...

This is a nice RV park a bit northeast of Lafayette, LA. They have several fishing ponds and the RV sites are located around one of the larger ones. The sites are all back in with large and level concrete pads. On the downside, the asphalt drive that encircles the RV sites is broken and buckled in several places. Our...

Every spacious site faces one of several different lakes. Full hook ups, water, sewer and 50 amp power. Fires are permitted and your pets are welcomed. Bring your fishing rod because the lakes are stocked. Catch and release or keep what you want to eat. There are also rental cabins if you don't have an RV.

Aside from the fact that it's a bit of an trek to get to this place, we had a lovely stay. Most of the spaces all back up right to the water and appear to be relatively level. The location feels away from it all and has nice walks around the water. We only stayed for one night and didn't...

The cabins at Poche's RV are clean and located around a pond. Great outdoor surroundings. However, the window units in the cabins are very noisy, the beds are not very comfortable, and have no soap, no hair dryer, and no warning. Most outstanding is the price per night increases. Getting to $$$$ for what is offered.

We stayed here the month of June. Our site backed up to one of the 5 fishing ponds. The wifi was good until the weekend when it's full- then it's hit or miss. It' very peaceful and beautiful. The people who camped around us were really nice. The sites are concrete with paved roads throughout the park. The laundry facilities...
