When owned by the Puma hotel group not long ago, this was a lovely hotel. Since Britannia have bought it ( the same company who own Pontins) they have turned a 4* hotel into budget hotel standard. We had a deal which was £75 for double room, with dinner and breakfast included. For the price it was nice, but not as clean as the pictures look on the website! Our room was a budget room so was standard but could of been cleaner as we had cobwebs and hair in the bathroom and a lot of paint...

Recently stayed at the Country Hotel using it as a place to eat and sleep. The hotel could be a good hotel but for three issues. firstly my room was an odd shape ,long and thin. The window ( although a modern double glazed unit) would not close properly -so I had to jam some towels in to stop the...

We booked this hotel for 1 night stay to especially to relax & use the spa facilities as my husband is not very well. We paid over a £100 for the room so when upon check in when we were informed that we would have to pay an extra charge to use the spa facilities we were shocked and asked...
