We spent the night at Sweet Can on the way from New Orleans to San Augustine, Texas. We were the only guests when we were there and it was sort of coll to have the place to ourselves. When booking online I mentioned my wife was a vegetarian and gave a reminder in the morning. The Inn had no trouble...

The Sweet Cane Inn is my favorite destination for a delightful getaway and a quiet stay. It's a great place when you want some downtime from the city, but in a relaxed, comfortable, homy environment. This Victorian era home has been nicely restored and features the amenities you would expect of a top notch B&B. Rooms are cozy, super clean,...

My wife and I stayed two nights in the Magnolia Room during the Festival of Lights this past December. This was our second visit with John and Kathy Richmond and it was as enjoyable as the first. The room is large and comfortable and the restroom with its separate shower and claw foot tub is spacious and well appointed. The...

Stayed there on and off for 2 months. Kimberly and staff were very friendly. Room was always clean. Perfect location within walking distance to historic downtown area. Great eating at Magleaux's! Was a 30 second walk away. Defiantly the spot to stay in Natchitoches.

Once we arrive to the Sweet Cane Inn the rest and relaxation begins. The accommodations are warm and cozy and the town is delightful to visit. The location is within walking distance of the store fronts and the Cane River. The complementary breakfast is very tasty and the atmosphere is laid back. This is a must visit location.

The reservationist was very helpful in selecting the perfect rooms within our budget for our small group. Accommodations were excellent and our meeting times were private and uninterrupted.
