I recommend staying in #2, if you are going for the small cabins. It was very clean and about the size of a hotel room. The fixtures are vintage, so don't worry about discoloration in the sinks - it's just a little rust. Otherwise the place was nice and the window ACs and ceiling fan really kept it cold! (Visiting...

The owner is very friendly, you could label the cabins as "shabby chic" and they really look unique. Our stay would have been great, but the bathroom is really yucky - mould in the shower, chipped and grimy looking sink, electric cords hanging loose, bugs on the floor (dead and alive).

Stayed here with my fiance on a short getaway. It's an awesome area in walking distance to everything there is to do in town. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. The room itself has all the amenities of a standard hotel room with a little added charm. The art is super mismatched and feels like a privately curated mini...

I'll start with the pros : extremely friendly and accommodating owner/manager with an equally friendly couple of dogs; quaint, historic, charming motor court that is a step back in time; restaurant and coffee shop on the property; historic district with antique/collectibles shops, boutiques and a local history museum just steps away; very comfortable bed with quality linens; clean enough. We...

We really enjoyed staying at this historic motel! Our cabin was super sweet with soft bed and sheets. Don't miss the restaurant, that hosts lovely food and music. And do go to St Francisville, it is such a nice little town with great people!

Easy place to be! Tiny little cabin that is just fun. Proprietors extremely easy to work with - had a problem with hot water, so they just opened an unoccuppied cabin so I could get hot water to wash my hair:-) The bed was comfy, and ambiance was great. Had live music from the cafe wafting through the evening air,...

I requested a 2 bedroom cottage for my adult daughters and I and received an entire house for a very reasonable price. I was sold on 3-V after seeing pictures on the internet. When we pulled up to what was our cottage it was love at first sight. It is very rustic in the old timey Louisiana style with a...

We have decided to try one "classical" motel as part of our road trip in the Deep South and we had a very authentic experience. The rooms have got nothing special and comfort is correct but still very clean. The fact these are more wooden cabins make the experience really authentic. The best reason why we have enjoyed our stay...

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay here. It's a fun place to stay if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary. Only negative was cramped bathroom/shower. Loved the town. Loved Magnolia Cafe.
