We stayed at the Snow Cap for one night, we came to Sunday River a day early for a week long ski trip and the condo we rented was not available. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, althought for some reason the hallway smelled of cooked broccoli..yes stinky broccoli and the smell permiated into the room....

Took a school group from the UK here for a skiing holiday during February half-term. Couldn't have asked for better service. Rooms were fairly basic but provided all we wanted. Games room on lower floor, use of hot tub and Sue on the front desk was amazing! Shuttle service was prompt and always on time. Lovely public areas, with firreplaces...

The best thing about staying at the Snow Cap Inn is the location. The shuttles to the base lodges were always on time, and the short rides were easy and convenient. Also a plus - the very friendly service, with staff going out of their way to be helpful. The Inn itself is a boxy, functional structure with no external...

My husband and I just left the Snow Cap after a 4 night stay. The Inn was a great experience, staff were wonderful, very informative and always willing to help. Actually had very good experience overall at Sunday River, everyone was very helpful and cheerful no matter where we were. When at Snow Cap we had a top floor king...

Very good value for anyone staying at Sunday River. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in solving minor problems. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Can't ask for more for the price.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The shuttle ride to the slope is less than 5 minutes. Nothing fancy about the rooms, however the lobby feels like a skil lodge. Accommodations were basic and clean, perfect if you are there to ski and relax in the evening in front of the fireplace. We had a room with 2 Queen...

The hotel isn't fancy but it's clean, has a good continental breakfast, a HOT hot tub, a nice, accommodating staff and great shuttle system to the slopes at Sunday River. The common areas are all very comfortable. Do not confuse the inn and the ski dorm. I know nothing about the ski dorm.

My husband and I spent the past weekend at the Snow Cap Inn at Sunday River. We were there with a large group on a discounted package, and we weren't expecting the most deluxe accomodations. The rest of our group had rented condos across the way, but we were Iast minute add-ons and there was limited availability. We were pleasantly...

The main sitting room has a gorgeous lodge feel. The room was average, shower was great, as was the hot tub. Heater in the room is very loud when it's running. Recess light in ceiling was falling out over bed. Great location and staff had fresh cookies and coffee/tea. Not fancy but it suited it's purpose with a friendly smile.

“If you absolutely want to stay here, get a room on the top floor. The heat rises so you can shut off that darn heater!”

“I was in room 425 which has it's own quiet wing at the top floor. Make sure that the room is not to hot, that the window closes and the shade works. Make sure the heat or a/c works before moving into your room and also make sure you have decent sheets!!!”
