Spent a couple of nights over the weekend, We had one of the Lodges, Seabreeze 1, corner unit, facing the ocean across the road. Very quiet, high ceilings and well appointed. Very modern and large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi was so-so, spotty; everything else worked well, including the charming cast iron gas stove. We had a great...

My husband and I selected the Spruce Point Inn based on many positive Trip Advisor reviews. The excellent ratings are well deserved. Our room was large and lovely, with a nice balcony that provided us with a view of the water. Little details such as luxurious terry robes, bath salts, and a keurig coffee maker in the room made our...

Top quality exquisite food. We ate there 7 nights and could not get enough. Seafood, duck, chicken. Try the sous vide pork chop. Staff throughout resort and dining room is top notch and ready to serve.

Beautiful views. Roomy accommodations. Helpful and pleasant staff. There was a mix up on our room so they upgraded our accommodations. The resorts grounds were immaculate with plenty of recreational activities. We hiked the trails on the properties. Some from our group enjoyed biking. It was close to town so we spent part of the evening there exploring Boothbay &...

I love Maine and I loved SPI's views and grounds. But for a place that people visit in order to appreciate Maine's natural wonders and landscapes, it is remarkably eco-unfriendly. A couple of examples: styrofoam cups for the Keurig coffee makers (those pods are creating so much waste!), plastic bottles, etc... I waited to write the review so can't remember...

We spent 2 full days and wished we had more time. We came from Denver, so we spent every moment we could outdoors on the water and on the resort bikes. The kayaks were SO much fun. The staff gave a great tip to show up early to get a kayak on good weather days. You don't need boating knowledge...

Family and friends gathered at Spruce Point for a wedding. From the moment we arrived to check in the whole experience was pure Maine. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed an authentic clam/lobster bake for over 100 people for a rehearsal dinner and a luxurious wedding on the property. Staff was attentive. The property was amazingly beautiful...

If you are looking for an up scale Maine Experience this is the place for you. The staff here are wonderful. The restaurant menus have a nice touch of Maine flair to them. The grounds are well kept and the nightly s'mores campfire was fun!

We have stayed here once a year for the past 3 years. It is a wonderful setting with lovely cottages with plenty of space. A calming location and short drive into Boothbay for shopping and dining. We have never went to the restaurant so can not speak to that.
