The rooms are large. The place is good for families and is pet friendly. The pool was clear and the shower was great. I recommend you hire a car so that you have cheap transport and are able to go out for dinner the restaurant is very pricey.

My BF and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Amarte. Let me start off by saying the entire staff are phenomenal. The setting of the hotel and the way they have each villa set up is spot on. If I had to give advice for potential future guests considering the hotel, I would

We spent a week here which was too long. We had the pool to ourselves which was lovely though. I'm pretty sure there were a few nights when we were the only guests. The room was basic and clean - no complaints. Staff lovely. Our only reservation about the place was there

Dear Belllrelandia, Thank you so much for visiting our unique little Hotel in Maroma Bay. One of the things we give to all of our guests is the private location and connection with nature. We are sorry about the misunderstanding about if you would think that Hotel Amarte has access to Maroma beach, we had it before and all of our reviews said that for our previous guests, it is kind of confusing, I hope you understand that all of them are part of us and by now we want to make the new ones as you give us yours. By the moment we invite you to see all of our future improvements. Best Regards

Dear Storyteller751917, We do not have a water purification system to drink as you do. Mexicans are not used to it, however, we buy purified bottled water from companies that are dedicated to that as part as the amenities we give it to you. I hope this answer helps you, let us know if you need something else.

It is a pleasure to answer your questions. 1)For Lolita we have transportation service to the beach from Monday - Saturday: Starts at 9:00 am and Ends at 2:30 pm. If you have a reservation as a guest of Kin Sol Soleil, they arrange the pick up for you. 2) Our guests do not have access to our sister Hotel Kin Sol Soleil and them amenities, in case you want to stay over there we would be happy to arrange your reservation with Pavo Real by the Sea (restaurant add Kin Sol Soleil), they have a day pass access which the price is refundable with food and drinks, all of this is according to availability. 3) We have Café Amarte or Burger stop for you, we have a different kind of Mexican dishes. We can provide you Spa services. I hope I help you with all your questions. If you need something else let us know. Best Regards Montserrat Figueroa

Dear Mr. Langley Before the human started to build all the hotels and the city, all it was jungle, private zone for animals. We had since jaguars, pumas to squirrels. Nowadays In the hotels zones, we can see iguanas, ants, snakes, crocodiles, birds, wild cats, coatis, raccoons, sereques, deer, monkeys, wild pig among and others. In our experience we are adapted to the nature, sometimes we have surprises on the way to the room; you can see iguanas taking sunbaths, wild cats hunting lizzards, coatis and squirrels eating fruts over the trees, a small crocodile relaxing on the small lagoon we have and other experiences. I think both places are wonderful, it is difficult to choose one of them, they have their own magic! But please let us know wich place won and tell us about your Amarte experience! I hope I've helped Best regards Montserrat Figueroa Amarte Staff
