Clean room which was very corporate and older style 4:3 lcd tv. The breakfast was merely average and certainly overpriced - poor quality sausage and presentation for price could be better. Staff very polite and friendly but hugely disappointed with service when unable to sleep

Dianne Room 121 is on the first floor on the wing closest to the bar and restaurant. I see you have already made a booking for September next year and I read in your notes that you have requested this room. Sandra our receptionist has written DNM which means Do Not Move. Kind regards Eleanor
