The Finnish-style sauna was incredible! Just a short trip up the road from the main building, you'll find this beautifully constructed sauna near a clear running stream. Best to book 2+hours for a more relaxed sauna experience.

Jen and Pleasant mountain have a way of guiding you home. I have had the honor of mentoring with Jen on a few retreats. Beautiful space to honor healing work with in! I'm excited for the opportunity to rent and share the space for a future retreat.

Nurture Through Nature is a woodsy getaway that I am delighted to now know about. I was the chef for a yoga retreat there this fall. We had a wonderful long weekend there and enjoyed the solitude, the amazing wood-fired sauna and our helpful host, Jen. We were lucky to have local organic farms supply us with a bounty of...

Hadn't seen my son in two years. We spent a couple of days at Nurture through Nature catching up enjoying the local taverns and local sights. I would do it all over again. It's just the kind of place I'd live to retire to. No hassles, quiet, laid back, commune with nature. Even my little dog was welcomed.

The retreat weekend was altering in a good way. Jen led us on a gentle journey to explore our minds, thoughts, and emotions. The days flowed smoothly. The yoga, meditation, sauna, and beautifully prepared organic food all combined to leave me with a profound sense of well being.

The experience was transformational. Being in nature, the wood fired sauna, the yoga and meditation, and the inner work I expierenced was exceptional. To top it off, the vegitarian food was delicious and presented with so much love.

My sister and I had such a wonderful getaway at Nurture through Nature's Robin's Nest cabin this Christmas. The freshly fallen snow was beautiful and perfect for snowshoeing around, the sauna was amazingly hot and cleansing, the cabin was adorable and just right for our needs, and the staff were all kind and welcoming. It was a lovely sisters retreat...

This is an environment suited to contemplative practice. The brook in spring is stunning with full cascades and pools, mossy rocks and towering pine trees. The quiet is palpable. Nurture Through Nature lives up to its name: off the grid, out of the rat race, here is a place to find the solice of solitude. Warm up in the beautiful...
