My wife and I stayed on a Tuesday night and went sailing for 3 nights and returned on Saturday for one of the most comfortable and quiet restful sleeps we ever experienced in a non chain motel. We want to come back in the fall.

Scott and Robin have made their inn a most enjoyable space for visitors. Rooms are well maintained (beds are very comfortable) and public areas are available both inside and outside. More like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Will certainly stay with Scott and Robin any time our schedule allows. Thanks for your hospitality!

We stayed here one night on the way to our vacation. The staff was very friendly helpful, the room was very clean (my biggest issue with hotels) and was nice and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great. Nice location close to Freeport and shopping. Will be coming back.

We were in Freeport for an L.L.Bean outdoor discovery school kayaking course. The Casco Bay Inn is very friendly and peaceful. Very clean. We appreciated the coin laundry for guests when we came back from our adventure at Wolf Neck Farm in damp clothing. We enjoyed dinner at the nearby Muddy Rudder restaurant, where they have great seafood, a view...

I hope people don't pass up this well-run and comfortable place because of its location and somewhat dated appearance. If you stay here, you won't be in a particularly scenic spot or conveniently situated in the middle of Freeport, but you will be in a meticulously maintained and landscaped property only a short drive away from all of the attractions....

I brought a group of 45 people on a tour and we were so impressed with Scott and Robin's hospitality I can't wait to come again. The atmosphere is more like a B&B than a hotel. They and their staff can't do enough for you and they were never too busy to just sit and chat. We enjoyed sitting on...

Booked a room here for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. Took a bit longer than expected to drive from MA and we only had 15 minutes to get ready for the wedding. Early check in? No problem!! Small, quaint but bigger than average rooms with fridge, microwave and a coffee K-cup machine. Rooms are spotless, with...

We've stayed at this inn twice now. Both times we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, the updated decor, and the homey feeling of the place. The breakfast, which is free with the room, is excellent, well above other places in quality. I really can't recommend this inn more highly. Superb value for the money.

Thank you very much for the great review. Our goal is to make everyone feel like they are staying at a friend's home rather than a chain hotel. We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable when staying with us at the Casco Bay Inn.

Great staff, they were friendly and helpful . The place is warm and inviting and has a relaxed atmosphere. The room was very clean and comfortable. We found this place by accident and are so happy we did.

Thank you for your review Michael. I hope that you are able to stay with us again on your next visit to the area.

The Casco Bay Inn is reasonably priced and if you get a room on the backside of the inn, away from the road, it is very quiet. Slightly dated in its furnishings, it was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was fine. However, this hotel is a five-10 minute drive from downtown Freeport so if you're looking for something walking...
