We used the Hotel Tonight App which this property “partners” with and booked a last minute night away Sunday- Monday on Memorial Day weekend. The HT app gets their info from the property and advertised a restaurant “on property” open “daily” with a “happy hour...More
I am not one to generally leave online reviews, but thought it best to warn future guests. My husband and I stayed at the Breakwater Inn this past Memorial Day weekend. We stayed in the King Spa Suite. The $600/night room was incredible overpriced. The...More
Beautiful room; lots of natural light. 2nd floor- no elevator, slider to deck with 2 chaise lounges. View of cove and then beach in the distance. Extra sink/counter and fridge. Small, but adequate bathroom. Nice towels and bathrobes. Plan to return to spend more time.

Good morning Carol.
We do not have a pool at our properties and there is not a municipal pool in the immediate area. However, we are close to the water. Especially the Beach House Inn located in Kennebunk. Parking/beach passes are required from June 15th to September 15th. Purchased from the town, the passes are $25.00 per day. However, as a guest of ours, you may sign out one of our guest use passes and even beach chairs. (We have a limited supply).
I hope this helps you plan your vacation with us.
