This was a very nice room, with plenty of room to move around. Table with chairs for those card games. Free local paper and USA news. Hint: The TV guide is the 2nd page of the hotel book. It would be hard to figure our without it. The entrance is in the corner of the L. It was little hard...

Although this place has a four star rating, those reviewing must never have stayed here during off-season. Am attending an annual convention and from the time we entered out room, with a MURPHY BED ( are you kidding me?) with no way to lie in bed to view the television on the other side of the room (not directly opposite...

We spent three nights at the Grand Summit at Sunday River in March 2016. This is a condo / hotel property where owners are there along with guests staying in a hotel atmosphere. The Grand Summit located slope side which makes it a great place to stay if you are skiing (which we were). We checked in and found the...

Recently stayed here for a conference and overall found the stay quite pleasant. Staff stood out and helped make this a four-star review - exceptionally friendly and helpful, seemed to want nothing more than for you to have a great stay. The hotel itself was pretty dated and could do with some updating. Rooms were relatively spacious, though the beds...

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a wedding. When we first called to make the reservation, we were told check-in time was at 6PM even though the website says 4PM. We explained we were going to wedding and were told try to ask the day of...not easy when you're a 3-4 hour drive away and trying to...

Pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Grand Summit hotel. Booked it through RCI as a 2 star resort but the hotel is nicer than that. It has a nice chalet feel in the lobby. Rooms are a little dated but very spacious and had a nice little deck to air/dry out the ski gear. Nice heated outdoor pool and...

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for our stay this year. The room #252 was large with an excellent layout for us. 2 adults and 2 boys. The balcony was a nice addition if we could have used it more. The rain we had through our stay kept us off it most days. But it was nice to use...

Stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed our stay. The 4 stars that I gave are relative to other places in Sunday River. This is not a high end Hotel but has many good qualities. The lobby is very nice with big ceiling and fireplace. Checkin is good and quick. Had to bring up our own bags to room...

Time for my annual update. We visited SR again because we love the skiing. Poorest snow in the 9 years that we have been going but Mountain Ops work very hard to keep it going. Anyway, about the hotel. Now starting to get cheesed off because the room (231) was very tired, tap in bathroom was leaking and stiff to...

We've stayed here twice and there are lots of pros and cons: PROS: 1. Nice lodge-like atmosphere with big fire in center of lobby and surrounding couches and rocking chairs 2. Suites are available to accommodate families with pull out couch and murphy bed along with kitchen 3. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub 4. Ski in/Ski out to green...
