Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a wonderful staff! We had a VERY rough start to our first morning skiing (Logistically getting to ski school etc. because you need to take a shuttle from the hotel to ski school if your kids can't do long runs yet. Otherwise you can ski to the main base area.). I never complained to any of the staff directly - but I think they could see I was VERY frustrated. They took it upon themselves to call another shuttle for us AND they also surprised us with a cute little tent set up in our room for our daughter PLUS a bottle of wine for us. It was amazing how they just noticed we were having a hard morning and made up for it. Also, they valet for free - so always do that if it is busy and the lots are full! The restaurant is also really good in the hotel, called Sliders!

Our room was smaller than most hotel rooms. The walls and floor were paper thin and you can hear everything - unfortunately. There really isn't much to do around there in the off season unless you are into hiking.

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, there was a boil water main date in progress, but we were supplied with water and could get more any time. Yep there should be a way to get snacks or a light meal for late arrivals. There should also be some kind of transportation to area, churches in stores for people who don’t have a vehicle that was a problem. All of the staff was very pleasant very helpful and very polite Hi

When I checked out, the front desk told me there is an extra charge for food buying (coffee and popcorn) at Coffee shop of building, but I did not buy anything in that shop at all. Neither my families. My question is how come this is happened! How come someone can charge it to my room number! It is really shock me even though this is a small price but I will not pay it for no reason, Finally the front desk took the extra charge away. I do feel uncomfortable to stay this hotel.

We just checked into the hotel, which we booked using our timeshare company. Our timeshare is for a one bedroom suite and the room we were given contains a murphy bed for my husband, three year old and myself. We brought a small pack n play for our three month old but with all the furniture they cram into the room, there is no space for it. The bathroom is far from sufficient, not much bigger than a closet so it will be difficult to bathe the kids. We were also greeted with a boil water order which we were unaware of before coming. Luckily I have a few gallons of water for bottles and brushing teeth but i am nervous about my kids ingesting the water during tubby time. Needless to say, we will not be staying for the whole week we booked for.

Staying the entire week and enjoying the resort. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had a 1 bedroom lock off which included three queen beds, full kitchen and two bathrooms. Room very clean and spacious. The only constructive comments would be the parking is not adequate if they have an event. Limited parking by the resort and overflow guest parking has quest walking up to many stairs if elderly or medically unable to do stairs. Would like to recognize Keith at front desk for all his assistance and owner services for following up with us. Nice outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs and fire pit. No indoor pool. There is a possibility to see bear or moose but not guaranteed. Would love to have had a balcony as the views are amazing. Some units have a balcony. Would stay again. Thanks to all the staff.

Great location for accessing the slopes - couldn't ask for better. Also nice ski-store drop service. Pool awesome under the stars at night time, well managed to enable distancing. Room had some crumbs on the floor both in the bedroom and bathroom - I really wish hotels would get this right. Standard rooms have adjoining doors, unfortunately no sound proofing, so we could hear everything next door. Whilst they were not being excessively loud, drinking and playing games until 11:30pm meant our kids could not get to sleep = unhappy parents. Security did come up and politely ask them to quieten down. Hotel moved our room the next day. Same type of standard room with adjoining doors, but much quieter neighbors made for a better night! Hotel dated and could do with rooms being updated, but for convenience to the slopes, you can't argue.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the views are awesome, and the ability to ski-in/ski-out is incredible. On the downside, I feel like I was robbed. I paid over $400 per night for a dirty, dilapidated hotel room without a mini fridge and without housekeeping. (The lack of maid service was likely due to Covid, but that should be reflected in a lower price.) There was a former guest's receipt and a candy wrapper on our rug. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The room felt scummy and was extremely outdated. Because of Covid, we had to wait in a long line for breakfast (understandable) and eat in our rooms. Again, I feel like this should have been reflected in a lower price. $200 per night would be more appropriate.
