We were among the first guests of Victoria, the new owner of the West End Inn, but you would never have known she hadn't been there for years if she didn't tell us. She clearly knew her way around the Inn, and around town. The Inn is at once classic, colorful and comfortable. It is on a quiet, residential street...

This may be the first review since Victoria took over as Innkeeper in early January, 2017. For those many previous reviewers who so liked the inn to give it 5-stars, I am pleased to report that the inn is (imho) still a fabulous find. All the positive things from prior reviews that led us to give it a try are...

The property was extremely well kept, well maintained and super clean. A charming older home in a historic area. The host Deb was extremely helpful (this was their last day as owners of the place). Every detail was meticulously cared for, from the bathrooms to bed linens to breakfast. Walking distance to the entire historical district of Portland, with some...

Deb runs a very clean Inn and everything was as expected. I read a few of the average reviews and i would discount them. You will....

My wife and I rarely stay at B&B's, but a friend booked it and we went along. The Inn is located in a charming part of town and within walking distance to downtown. Deb and her...

My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a great visit. The Inn is located in the historic west end where there are many good-looking older homes from the Victorian era. I enjoyed just walking the neighborhood. The innkeeper was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and ideas on what to do in Portland. Also the full breakfast was...
