All you can eat pie. Beautiful grounds. Historic Building. Very Clean. Friendly, knowledgeable and very hospitable. Only blocks from the ocean. The staff actually booked our other reservations and supplied us with a backpack full of excursion necessities.

We came to ride the Lobster Ride and Roll, explore Maine’s lovely seacoast, and eat pie. Allowing for website hype and friendly camera angles, we figured the accommodations would be nice but somewhat cramped and shabby. Boy, were we wrong. The building and grounds are spacious and immaculate, breakfast is delicious and varied, and home-baked blueberry, cherry, and raspberry pie...

This was like coming home again and fabulous!!! We were met with hugs, they remembered little things of what we liked (I don't drink coffee and my husband does, I don't like coconut and he can't eat nuts etc) The pies, the rooms, the breakfast...there is absolutely nothing to complain about with this place. I can't imagine anyone not liking...

We stayed here for one night in June for my Birthday before we took off to Mohegan Island. We found the hospitality to be amazing! First of all, my Fiancée had flowers sent to the room (lilacs and wild flowers) and a cake made by the inn keepers (made with my recipe), all executed so professionally! The room was extremely...

We had a wonderful stay at The Berry Manor Inn. Cheryl and Michael could not be more hospitable. Our room (#1) was gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious - especially the pies!!! If you are on the Rockland area, this is an Inn not to be missed!!!

My husband and I stayed at this Inn while visiting the coast of Maine. We were so happy with how the house looked- true era decor. The room was beautiful, and we received turn down service at night which was really nice. The breakfast was yummy, and the pies of course excellent. The owners were very helpful...probably the nicest couple...

Loved our stay at the Berry Manor Inn and wished we had stayed longer. The experience was even better than anticipated. These people know how to run an inn! We were so impressed with the initial warm and informative welcome. The rooms are lovely and clean, with bathroom supplies always replenished. As everyone writes...the pies are to die for. What...

For over 27 years we have stayed in B& Bs and Inns whenever we could. We've had some excellent experiences and met some very fine innkeepers. But nothing compares to what we discovered at the Berry Manor Inn in Rockland Maine. My husband and I brought our grown family to the Berry Manor Inn (BMI) for a Maine coast gettaway...

My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend several nights at this lovely inn recently. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming. Our room was beautifully decorated and appointed with more than just the necessities. Just outside our room was a lovely nook well stocked with books and magazines. Before breakfast, juice, coffee, and tea were also available...

I've stayed at many bed-and-breakfasts in several different parts of the country and the Berry Manor Inn is one of the best I've found. I've stayed there twice in different but equally inviting rooms. I was charmed both times. My favorite B&Bs are those that make me feel like I have the run of the place - where I'm comfortable...
