Everything about this stay was fine except for the leftover KFC crumbs on the TV console. When I notified the front desk they simply apologized, I would have expected some type of refund or new room. Beyond this the room was comfortable and the location perfect.

Staff was not present during our stay, front desk was always empty when walking by, manager did not listen when problems were brought up. extreamly disappointing for a Hampton hotel. I will not stay here again
