“Handicapped” Room. Only handicapped accommodation (compared to standard room) was two grab bars in the bathroom (one over the commode and one in the tub/shower). Bed was too high for use by a 90 year-old ("Mom"). We requested a cot or roll-out bed, but were told that those were considered fire hazards and were not available. Mom could have slept...

We blocked rooms for my daughters wedding guests. Lots of issues for such a boutique hotel. Mainly the guests had no hot water! As I read other reviews I see this mentioned in other reviews! Fix the issue! Also reception staff needs to step up their game in friendliness and helpfulness.

The Executive Inn etc etc is an attractive hotel which could have easily been such a great place to stay during a recent visit to delightful Leonardtown for a wedding. And yet so little effort was put into making it welcoming and pleasant. It's such a pity. Some of my complaints are minor but rolled all together, and with the...

Executive Inn scores highest on a great location in the center of downtown Leonardtown. There is nothing wrong with the hotel but there is also nothing especially noteworthy. The staff appear adequate for this environment. Parking is just a few feet away from the front and back doors. There is no food service. Coffee makers are in the room. The...

Nice hotel with well equipped, very clean & spacious rooms. A little tucked away, but a real gem if found. Breakfast OK, but there is a really good & well priced café in the town square only 100 yards away. Staff very friendly & helpful, especially Megan. Will stay there again, hopefully next year.

We originally booked 2 nights in this hotel in downtown Leonardtown MD, but checked out after 1 night of totally unsatisfactory experience. We checked in around 2:30 Sat afternoon and immediately left for a retirement ceremony. When we returned later in the evening we found virtually zero water pressure in our 3rd floor room. I went down to see about...

We were more than pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the hotel and finding it to be very upscale. Check in was quick and pleasant and when our travel plans were changed by the airline, the hotel was very quick to accommodate our changing needs. We have relatives that live in Southern Maryland and we always prefer the privacy of taking...

We found the Executive Inn a pleasant surpris\e. Someone has gone to great lengths to revitalize an old , decrepit hotel into a wonderlful place to stay. The hallways remind one of Opryland. The rooms are clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast was a bit skimpy but filling. The price was more than fair. I would stay there again any...

The hotel was totally adequate for our needs. The room was a good size and everything was clean. We were greeted by two pleasant young women behind the desk who spent our entire exchange trying to quiet their small dog that was barking its head off at us. I'm a dog person but that wasn't cool.

The staff was either ill-trained or totally disinterested, whether in helping with check-in or in fixing problems. The breakfast is wretched and scant. The room offers no comfort and no storage for clothing. This hotel has lost its Best Western affiliation, it appears, and we can understand why.
