I believe the rooms in the newest wing are accessible, but the original house. You should contact them to make sure since we did not see the rooms in the new building. Good luck!

Yes there is/are. All 12 rooms in the Kemp Guesthouse have small fridges, for the other rooms in the older buildings the pantry has a large fridge for guest use. Hope to see you!
