My son and I stayed here the night prior to the Seagull century bike ride. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the front door. Josh showed us the amenities then took us up to our room. After retrieving our stuff from the car, we were invited by Kim to have some wine or tea and sit. We...

We came to town for our first century ride and couldn't have been happier with our lodging selection. From the moment we arrived, all we could talk about was how welcoming and accomodating the hosts are. They even packed our breakfasts to go as we were departing early. In addition, to beautiful, quaint decor, the bed was the most comfortable...

We enjoyed a 3 day mid-week visit to this beautiful old B&B, which allowed us a relaxed visit the centuries-old fishing village of Smith Island, an hour tour boat ride from Crisfield; a visit to the bustling beach town of Ocean City, MD; and a day exploring the eastern shore National Park of Assateague, with its miles of wide beach...

We had a great getaway weekend at the Hayman House. The Grants made our stay so relaxing plus started our day with a great breakfast after a good nights sleep in the period bedroom. We especially liked the rockers on the large front porch. Having found that special place and we will be back.

They have created something very special at the Hayman House and the town of Princess Ann is a perfect match. With it's brick sidewalks, beautiful historic homes being restored...

The Hayman House was perfect for our "last minute" road trip to Princess Anne on June 8th attend a conference at the University of MD Eastern Shore (UMES). We decided the day before to spend the night in Princess Anne and do some sightseeing. Innkeeper Josh graciously invited us to the inn despite our short notice. The Hayman House Grand...

My wife and I stayed here during our mini honeymoon. The owners Josh, Kim, and Bill Grant were incredibly gracious and more then accommodating. The historic Hayman House and its quaint atmosphere took us completely by surprise. It was like stepping back in time to a quainter era in Americas past. Home cooked meals, soft beds, and the opportunity to...

The whole place is just stunning from the moment you walk through the door. Josh and Kim were the very essence of southern hospitality.
