Read some of the other reviews but wanted to give a nice perspective. Got an amazing deal from booking.com. The place is huge and does look like some renovations are underway - heard it recently changed hands from a Crowne Plaza. Our room was large, with a comfortable king bed

We only stayed here because the hotel our group had reserved for our weekend sports tournament was full. Location is good, everything else is off. This hotel must have been another property previously so it's in a weird transition. Common areas look really tired and need fresh

You do not want to stay at this mood infested hotel. The rooms are worst then motel 6 to say the least the staff is horrible. The General Manager Teresa Perry is the worst to deal with and the nastiest person you could ever meet. Instead of fixing my problem she created it to be

The light switch in the bathroom
Really dusty vent in ceiling above closet. I didn't see this until we were checking out otherwise I would have asked to be moved a third time to a cleaner room.
Rusty ceiling grids above shower in bathroom
Dingy shower curtain, yucky moldy popcorn ceiling and rusty fixtures. Oh and NO hot water.

Hi, Thank you for the question and I understand the reason for it. We will most likely not be wrapped up with the renovation by then, but we are moving at a fast pace. To date we are eighty five percent finished with the guest rooms and hope to be done with those very soon. We are then working on our public space including all new furniture, art, business center and lobby. We are also starting a complete redo of our catering areas. Through all of this we are confident in our ability to meet and exceed your expectations. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact the hotel directly.

"check for mold before you unpack"
"Higher floors have less A/C unit noise."
"I wouldn’t face the atrium again, room dark and music, but wouldn’t face highway either."
