Got a last minute, one-night reservation on a visit to local family. Property is in a awkward location that makes entrance odd--had to haul our bags up a half level to check in. The rooms are fine, there seems to be new carpeting. Very clean, Comfortable bed. Has a feel of a very old-fashioned place that someone is trying to renovate on a budget--for example the furniture seems very sturdy and is well upholstered, but too large for the room, and the curtains are poorly hung, though look newish (with the creases from the package). There is a pool on the main floor, which can be a bit noisy of people are using at night. The free breakfast has protein options, always welcome. South Asian staff very friendly.
Greeted by friendly staff. I thought our room was spaceous & clean. Big flat screen TV with plenty of channels. Bed was comfortable. Coffee & microwave in room. Inside rooms overlooking pool area. Coffee and quick free breakfast. Bagels, toast, Danish, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal.
The room was fine but the service was terrible. We were there 6 nights and the staff came to clean only 3 times, and then only because we complained. 2 of those times the crew came to clean the room while we were in it, making it very inconvenient. We were gone all day and room service knocked on the door at 5:30 PM. That's ridiculous. We were awakened one morning by staff members having a very loud argument. Their breakfast was free but uninspired.
It was definitely a $100 dollar night hotel. I smelt of cigarettes, with a cigarette butt behind the bed. Yuck. They need to check how there chamber maids are cleaning. Our burrow had sticky stuff all over it. I did like how close it was to where we wanted to go, and it was easy to get to from the highway.
After an unexpected flight delay my boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for a few hours after landing at Boston airport at 6AM. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep for a few hours before our next destination. I booked this place for a same-day reservation using credit card points and we drove 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
There were plenty of parking spots in their covered garage which was nice, and it was well lit and easy to find off of the highway. There was a gas station and a McDonalds on the same street which was convenient.
I told the manager about our flight situation and he was quick to say that I could not check-in until 3PM when check-in began. I pleaded with this man for nearly 10 minutes, literally begging him to let us check-in early.
First, he said it was 100% not possible for us to get in early because it was against their policy. Then, he said it would be $25 per hour (gross) for every hour before check-in. At this point it became clear there was absolutely no policy at all, he was just making things up. At this point in the conversation he stopped looking at me completely and began directing all of his responses to my boyfriend. I didn't realize this hotel does not respect women the same as men...yeah, must have missed that in the earlier TripAdvisor reviews. Finally out of sheer exhaustion I gave in and paid this guy $100 so we could just sleep and shower.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, although I would agree with earlier reviews that the blinds don't really block all of the light. The shower was warm and had good pressure. We did not eat breakfast here but as we checked-out there was a nice young girl who gave us a friendly smile as we left. Pity she wasn't working when we checked in.

Your reservation must have been Non-Refundable, when you make a "non-refundable" reservation through third party, you forget that they must get paid, if you can add (2+2), you will understand how they are going to get paid if you did not participate in paying very little money that you paid to book it with them under the conditions you booked it under. I would recommend you read the fine print before making your reservations next time anywhere with anyone.

"Forget it. The hotel is way outside Boston and a bargain compared to in town hotels. That's about all..."
