Two friends and I spent the weekend at Hawk Mountain Lodge in the Deerfield Room Suite. It was the perfect setup for us, with a pair of twin beds in one room, a queen in the other, and a private bath. In the room with the queen bed, there was also a cozy alcove with 3 padded window benches, a...

The setting is beautiful. We went ziplining at Zoar Outdoor and my friend booked an overnight in this lodge on the same site. So glad we did! The staff were very friendly and accommodating (recommending restaurants and letting us use the house phone to make reservations because our cells didn't have any reception) I stayed in the Deerfield room. It...

Loves this little place across the street from Berkshire East resort. Great for a weekend trip and conveniently located with very comfortable beds and friendly staff. I'll be back here again for sure.

My full extended family had a wedding to attend in Charlemont so we decided to make a mini vacation out of it. We reserved the whole lodge to keep us together. The picture of the lodge made it look like it was a serene setting in the woods...it's not. It is right on Rte. 2 just a few yards from...

This is a nice property to stay in for a night or two. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Easy to visit North Adams and Williamstown and Shelburne Falls. A couple of downsides: there is no cell phone service (so we had to use the manager's landline for an important call), no cable TV, and the bathroom is shared with another room...

This was a great place for the money!!! I'm only giving it 4 stars because you get what you pay for. It was very clean, very neat!! The staff was AWESOME!!! I would definitely go back!!! The room was all we needed for a perfect nights rest after hiking all day and we ziplined early on Sunday which was right...

I recently went with 9 friends to Zoar and we rented out the Hawk Mountain Lodge. This was the best possible idea for a one night trip. Unlike regular camping, we didn't have to bring bedding, or worry about the weather! There was a grill, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, etc. that we were all able to use. There is...

This place is perhaps the cutest little B&B like accommodation I've ever been too. The staff is almost too cool and friendly. Everyone was helpful and laid back. And the day adventures available are perfect for family and for the more seasoned adventurer(weekends). You could Zip-Line though an enchanted forest tree tops in the morning and raft/kayak down the river...

Clean, basic rooms w/towels & shampoo provided. Almost all the rooms share a bath with 2 or 3 other rooms; we did not find it an inconvenience sharing the bath. There is no air-conditioning but fans are provided in each room, there was a heat wave while we were there and I have to admit it was tough sleeping one...

Good place to crash for night but can be a little awkward if you opt to share a bathroom.
