I've been visiting the Blue Shutters for over 20 years. I have become part of the family for sure - we always feel welcome and the vacation is beyond special. Ed, Anne Marie, Patty and Tony treat us like royalty. I want to keep this place a secret...shhh! Very special gem of a place!

Hands down the best place to stay in New England. If you love the ocean and great accommodations with people who care about your happiness while your on vacation, then this place is for you. I almost didn't want to write this out of pure selfishness, I want to keep it a secret!

Our family has just returned from our sixth season at the Blue Shutters and as always it was a fabulous experience--it is the highlight of our year. Aside from the location, the sunrise and sunsets, the beach, what brings us back each time is the warm and genuine welcome. AnnMarie, Patti, Ed, and Anthony run the Inn as it were...

My wife and I recently stayed at Blue Shutters to celebrate our anniversary - this was our first stay there. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Ed, one of the nicest guys in the world, who said "Welcome home". That greeting reverberated throughout our stay - we truly felt as though we were home. Ed and AnnMarie are two...

Just returned from our second visit to Blue Shutters Inn. Once again, it was a fantastic trip. The weather was perfect except for a short rain storm. Our room was great - looked out at the beach. Had a nice visit with other guests and owners at a campfire at night. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for...

The owners of this inn as super. They are so welcoming and thoughtful. Our family has been going here for two decades and it is the BEST.
