Our site was a full hookup about 3/4 the way around the loop. It was very pretty. The restrooms, while not modern, were adequate and clean. (No sign of bugs that "bugged" some other reviewers.) We also did not experience any insect problem at our site. The staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly. We did have a fantastic vacation... More

If you get a site on the hill you get a nice sunrise over the river, but..... More crawling bugs and silverfish in the shower than you can kill. 1 shower stall in the whole campground. Last time it was properly cleaned Elvis was probably still alive. Owner is really nice, but never around. No security. A few seasonals try... More

I gave it 2 stars by mistake, it should have been 0! The bathrooms are very important to me since we tent camp. These could not have had more bugs, Hugh ants crawling everywhere, many spiders, even under the toilet seat, I don't know what is like in summer but we were there in sept and it seemed like they... My friend and I went car camping across New England and we came across this site because our original site (Winter Island) was all booked up by the time we got there. Anyways, we called ahead and the lady at the front desk stayed open until we got there, which was very nice. Our campsite was #301, seemed deep up... More

This campsite is located right along the bay, but you could easily go right past it and never know any better. First, the campsite is all on the side of a hill, so plan to tow up hill. If you have a large RV or camper, you'll need to be a good driver, as the roads are somewhat narrow. The... More

Reserved a full hook up - but not told one might not be available - Guess what? Site was uneven and set up backwards. Not really good for big rigs. The person who booked the reservation totally misrepresented the campground. Would not return. Do not recommend

I have driven past Cape Ann camp ste for years. It never looked like much, kind of small. Recently we decided to check it out. Instead of paying $200 for a hotel room, we decided to rough it and camp. I had called in advance to find out if they had vacancy. The gentleman I spoke with said as long... More

We found camp Anne campgrounds when we attempted to visit Winter Park in Salem. Boy were we glad to have been shut out of there...they told us to check out camp Anne and we couldn't be happier we did! They are dog friendly, 5 to be exact, and offer water and electric yet still maintaining a secluded quite feel. Absolutely... More

This is not a RV Resort but it is a great place to stay for your visit to the area. Been to a lot of fancy RV Parks but this place is was what its all about, enjoying life, family and friends. It is great for tenting, small pull trailers, pop up's, big rigs and 5th wheels. Not many sites... More
