This resort is perfectly located near downtown Hyannis; about a 4 minute drive & less than 10 mins from the Cape Cod mall. The room is actually like a little condo with a full kitchen plus 1 & a half baths. It's quiet even though it's on a main road & there is a wonderful pool with hot tub at...

Toilets didn't flush. Only one was fixed. No attempt was made to move us to another unit. Beds uncomfortable, walls paper thin. Place needed a thorough cleaning, inside and out. Calling the establishment a resort was a joke.

I initially chose this resort because I thought it was right on the main street downtown. Last time we stayed at the Courtyard Resort, which was a great location right in town. It turns out this was actually on WEST Main St., a mile from town. Driving was easy, but it wasn't conducive to walking to all the restaurants at...

Nice timeshare experience. Clayton, general manager, always takes the time to make sure everything is right for you. Liz is very helpful as well. The Townhouse style has a spiral staircase (which might not work for everyone) that takes you up to the living/dining areas. Nice deck to hang out. Condo is centrally located with lots of things to do...

We really enjoyed our stay! We were pleasantly surprised to enter our room and realize that a spiral staircase led to an upstairs where there was a kitchen and living room area! (The staircase would be difficult for a large person or for small children. We just carried our toddler upstairs and made sure to block the stair entrance, so...

Pros: Room was clean The lady when we checked in on 5/22/16 was very friendly and helpful. Nice sofa bed upstairs Cons: Downstairs there was a bedroom and bath which were very musty. Very. Temperature difficult to control, to be warm downstairs, the rooms upstairs had to be uncomfortably warm Noisy late at night (yelling in the parking lot) Not...

Had a 1 bedroom condo with the kitchen and sofa upstairs. Very narrow winding staircase would be impossible for a large person or anyone with mobility issues to climb. Love having a real kitchen and sofa though. Grocery store next door and breakfast/lunch place across the street. Free coffee in the lobby. Indoor pool. Friendly staff.

Hello CharlotteNC96, I want to thank you for taking the time to review our resort. It pleases me to learn that you enjoyed your stay with us. Our rooms are very spacious, and we have a few different layout styles. Our townhouse units (with the spiral stairs) only comprise about 30% of all our rooms, the remainder of which are...

This resort is not brand new or fancy- schmancy but it's clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Units are one or two bedroom condos with full kitchens, and they have an enclosed pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. You're within minutes of the Cape Cod Mall and downtown Hyannis, and a short drive from Falmouth and Mashpee. You can catch...
