Breakfast great and room was always cleaned to a high standard. Ideal location in the middle of Hyannis, so walking distance to the restuarants, shops etc Will not consider any other accomodation...

I booked room in May and had great feedback from Terry and Al. I had questions and they e-mailed back to me promptly and answered any questions I had....
