I do recall speaking with you when you requested to see if we could alter your reservation for the storm, which I'm glad I was able to do for you! I checked your reservation and we were unfortunately unable to get you into one of our superior rooms with the jetted tubs being out of order due to some frozen pipes in the rooms from the storm. I was able to verify that you still were able to stay in one of our Deluxe Lake View Rooms as you booking originally. If you google ski areas near Lee MA you'll see there are at least 3 areas within 12-15 miles.

Do I need a reservation for dinner or just come in? When are boats. Rented?
We stayed at the Black Swan in March, at that time we did not need a reservation for the Mint restaurant, but now I would recommend that you did. As for the boats, I don't know. Suggest you contact the hotel.

Hi Beth! To answer your question, we do offer a few pet friendly rooms. There is a $25.00/ night pet fee. Please call the hotel directly to book your reservation...and mention that you need a pet friendly room. Hope this helps you! Kind Regards, Carrie Supervisor of Operations Black Swan Inn
