Our culinary philosophy may have changed slightly since your last visit. Our team works closely with local farms to ensure our ingredients reflect the seasonality and locale of the Berkshires. Our inspiration comes from taking classic New England fare, and energizing it with more healthful and organic grains, vegetables, and proteins. We change our menus with each season, allowing us to highlight locally sourced offerings at their peak of freshness and availability. With that in mind, we do offer items that are offered as “specials” nightly with freshness and seasonality as our cornerstone.
