I went with a group recently. We reserved 2 tent sites and 3 cabins. My site was supposed to fit two tents but we had to get a 3rd site because it was so small another tent would not fit. In addition, each site was full of roots so although my uncle's site was large enough for 2 tents, he... More

A group of about 21 family and friends planned our long-weekend camping trip here. Greeted in a cordial but business-like manner from start at registration. Told them some of our party would be arriving after 9, which they said would be a problem (store closed therefore registration closed) but eventually she said the owner agreed it would be ok to... We have been seasonal at this campground for close to 10 years and I feel the need to defend a couple of things. I don't have a personal relationship with the owners because I keep to myself so this is completely my opinion. I have to agree with the previous reviewer - in this day and age with the internet... I am not sure what some of the people here are talking about. For one this is not a party campground. We did not stay up late and our fire was out by 10pm but campers around us still had fires going and did not see anyone yelling at them. We read the rules on the website before booking. Had... More

We traveled in a 40 foot motor home with a tow and got a nice large space on little notice. The staff were friendly. This is a family oriented campground with lots to do with the kids. Great rate @ $31 nightly. Beautiful area! Would stay again. We also had 2 dogs and this camp is great for them too!... More

Staff is very rude and unprofessional completely unpersonal. Worst campground in massachusetts, probably tied with koa northampton for that title. Being quiet and basically coals for a fire and told to go to bed at 1130. The owners disbanded all official horshoe games.

I agree with other reviews. This is more like a trailer park and the owner is not very nice. No personality and down right rude. Even the lady at check in was not very nice. Were always walking on egg shells because we didnt want to get in trouble at our camp site. Arcade consists of 2 video games. They... More

There are some details that a camper should know about this campground before going here to camp. I do agree with some of the other reviews on this site that the owner is "controlling". We went camping with a group of people, we paid for 6 sites total. We intended to camp together, that is why we reserved 6 sites... More

Lamb City more of a trailer park which does not offer great arcade or recreational hall for children therefore leaving kids with nothing to do on rainy days or evenings. When speaking with other campers, a few had mentioned how volatile the owner can be with children and adults. I did witness this on one occasion myself. I was contemplating... More

On light rain days both of our rec halls are open to the guests to play indoors, especially if the weather is poor over the weekend. And to keep the kids busy we generally set up a projector with games for the kids to partake in. On one occasion this year our seasonals actually all got together and had a... More
